1. Dispatch
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours. We may, from time to time, part-ship your order. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days we will attempt to contact you via email with an estimated despatch date.
2. Cancellations and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an email to us before you return the goods, telling us that you are returning them and why.
